These pictures of the London Borough of Hackney may be freely used and modified, provided you attribute us (see the licence below). We are releasing these after the realisation that freely usable images of Inner London boroughs are not easy to come by on the internet.
We shall be progressively adding more photos in the future, not merely of Hackney but of other boroughs, and we hope to improve on some of the images already on offer - and supply a little more editorial about them.
Higher resolution versions of these photos, unprocessed, also exist, though not freely available. Please enquire if you think they may be of use to you.
