Visited Roots and Culture on 17th December 2020. No one in shop to serve me, went to shop next door to enquire where sales assistant had gone. I spotted someone in shop. Asked for the price of an oil, told £8 for a small bottle and £16 for a large bottle. I asked why the price had gone up from £12 to £16. The assistant checked a piece of paper and said small bottle £7 and large £14.
I felt I was being deceived and I could of run off with the contents of the shop! I left the shop immediately.
No sign on door to give opening and closing hours or contact details.
