As a long-standing local customer, I am extremely disappointed by my experience. I paid for an alteration to a dress, but the issue I specifically asked to be corrected was not resolved. When I returned to discuss the matter, rather than receiving understanding or a willingness to help, I was treated with disdain and a complete lack of professionalism.
I found the ownerβs attitude dismissive and confrontational, and I was ultimately asked to leave the shop. What should have been a straightforward conversation about a service I had already paid for left me feeling shaken and distressed.
Local businesses rely on the support of their community, which is why this experience was so disappointing. After years of using this business, I never expected to be treated in such a manner. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on both the quality of the alteration and the way I was treated as a customer.
