The staff in the Shop are most rude and unhelpful Parcel I dumped in boxes and there is no security around parcels, the staff don’t seem to care if you pick up your parcel or not, they seem to assume that that you know how the system works and when you tell them you don’t they look unhappy with you unhelpful and patronise you please don’t use the service here as you will walk away and then angry with the way you will be treated
