Hi. I am not happy with your service charges. You ask to put a deposit towards my wife's appointment to see the option of£25.00 and when it comes to the final bill in the receipt you put this money
as a discount on the cost of the frame which is not right. Please do not ask money for deposit if you want to use the money as a discount on any item.
