They have no idea what costumer service is plus they seem not to care.
Went to send a parcel that ended up never leaving their store, obviously stolen by some random costumer as they leave the boxes outside the counter without any supervision in a place which is easily accesible for anyone who wants to pick them and run.
I told them I wasn’t sure that leaving my parcel there was safe, they said “no problem”. When after a month realised it didn’t even leave the store I went back to ask what happened, their only answer: “No parcel, here no parcel” in a loop.
Awful experience with pretty rude people.
