The shopkeeper is extremely rude, does not help or even bother to explain to you anything regarding the parcels even though it is also a parcel shop. If you ask for explanation, he insults you for "not understanding."
It is an unfortunate place for Stoke Newington, where customers and shopkeepers have good relations.
